Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to our store. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for Fashion Wear and 3 days of delivery for Electronics, subject to the conditions below:

Fashion Wear (Men, Women & Kids)

Returns are accepted if:

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • Product is not damaged by the customer.

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Electronics & Accessories

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product is returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and personal hygiene products.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable.”

  • Electronics damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Fashion products may be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • Electronics can only be replaced in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

  • Exchange requests must be made within the eligible return period.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or UPI ID.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective electronic item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Product Images

  • Unboxing Video (recommended)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

  • Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by us.

  • For customer-initiated returns (size issue, change of mind, etc.), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
